What it is

A design studio for digital workers.

A digital worker is software that handles a business task from start to finish, like checking invoices. It does the routine part and asks your people to approve the decisions that need a person. Nx·Studio designs these workers with you, and shows the estimated cost, hours saved and payback time of every option.

The problem it solves

Software that fits your business, not the other way round.

You don't rent an AI platform or change how you work to fit someone else's tool. You describe your process, and you get software made for it, tested first and handed over for you to keep.

Who it's for

For everyone involved in the work.

Business leaders who want results, technical experts who check the design, and the IT teams who will run it. Everyone works in the same studio.

step by step

Six steps from an idea to software you own.

01

Describe your business

Fill in a 10-step guided form, or just write a paragraph. You can also begin with one of eight ready-made starter packs and add your own documents.

02

Pick from up to five designs

An AI assistant suggests up to five designs, from cautious to bold. It scores each one, fixes its own mistakes and recommends the best fit.

03

Adjust it on screen

Change the design by dragging and dropping, with no coding. A simple chart shows who does what, and you add the information the worker needs.

04

Watch it work, safely

The worker practices on made-up data, so nothing real is at risk. Run it one step at a time or all the way through, including the steps a person must approve.

05

Download the software

First you see a list of everything you'll own. Then you download the complete software, ready to set up on your own systems.

06

Keep it and run it

Run it on your own servers or cloud, with the AI you choose. It needs nothing from us to keep running: no license check and no fee per decision.

The Foundation

The Nexgile difference.

Most AI tools are built on similar AI models. What makes Nx·Studio's workers different is the Foundation they stand on: four building blocks that let you check everything yourself, instead of taking it on trust.

Rehearsal before reality

Tried on made-up data before real work.

Each worker gets made-up data shaped like its real work, so it can practice before it touches anything real. Run it one step at a time or all the way through, and watch it pause wherever a person must approve. You can test many workers together, speed up time, and score each test run for accuracy, cost and safety. None of your real data is needed.

Test data made for each workerApprovals includedScored test runs
Rules you can rely on

The rules you give are built in.

Write down the rules your business must follow. The AI assistant builds them into the worker wherever it can and tells you about any it can't. A built-in rule gives the same answer to the same case every time, with no AI involved. For everyday decisions that nobody has written down, our separate Cognitive Engine can learn them from past examples.

Blueprints you can read

Know each step in advance.

Every worker comes with a blueprint: a clear plan of what it does, who approves what, when a case goes to a person and which systems it uses. Every change is saved as a version you can compare or undo. Business teams can read it as a simple chart of who does what. And like everything the platform makes, it is yours.

Proof in every download

Check exactly what you received.

Before you download, you see exactly what you are getting. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show, and a tool to check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that links it to the documents the EU AI Act asks for. The worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing reports back to us.

What comes with every download
Human oversight

AI handles judgment calls, but people stay in charge. At each approval step, the worker waits for a person to decide, in its built-in review inbox or in Slack, Teams or email if you prefer. You can also set a minimum confidence score: by default a low score raises a warning, and you can choose to send those cases to a person instead.

Made for you, not off the shelf

Workers built for the way you work.

There is no fixed menu to choose from. An AI assistant learns how your organization works, from your teams and systems to your goals and rules. Then it designs workers to match, each with clear steps, approval points and an estimate of what it should save.

  1. Describe it your way

Use the 10-step guided form, paste in your notes, or write a single paragraph. Or begin with one of eight starter packs, from month-end bookkeeping to sorting urgent IT problems.

  2. Up to five designs to choose from

Cautious, balanced, ambitious, regulation-first or lowest-cost. Each one is scored on fit, safety, cost and more, and comes with estimated savings.

  3. It checks its own work

The AI reviews and fixes its designs before you see them. Ask, and it adds more detail to any step.

  4. Your rules, built in

Write down your business rules. The AI builds them in wherever it can, so those steps need no AI at all, and tells you about any it couldn't.

Visual design

See it and shape it on screen.

You build the worker by dragging and dropping boxes on screen, so anyone can see and change it. A simple chart also shows who does what: each team, person and system.

  1. Drag-and-drop design

Forty kinds of steps, such as AI steps, rules, approvals and connections to your systems, plus sixteen ready-made patterns. No coding needed.

  2. A view for the business

A simple chart of who or what does each step, with a row for each person, team and system.

  3. Instant checks

The Studio checks your design as you build it, so mistakes show up right away. A readiness score shows how close it is to done.

  4. Every version saved

Each time you save, a version is kept. Compare versions, combine changes or go back to an earlier one.

Testing

Tested before it touches anything real.

Each worker gets made-up data that looks like its real work, so you can watch it in action before it goes near your real systems. You don't have to share any real data to try it.

  1. Practice data for each worker

Computer-made records that look like the worker's real data. You can also upload your own samples, up to 200,000 rows.

  2. Test step by step

Run one step at a time, go back to any point, and see exactly what happened at each step.

  3. Approvals are tested too

The test stops wherever a person must approve, just as it will for real. You approve or reject each action, and can undo the ones that can be undone.

  4. Many workers at once

Test several workers together, even speeding up time. The Studio points out problems, such as two workers trying to change the same record.

Every test run is scored for accuracy, speed, resilience and coverage. Those scores make up the report your purchasing team will ask for. A sample from a test run is available on request.

Owned, not rented

Software you own.

You get complete, working software that you run yourself, not just drawings. Every worker can use a catalog of thousands of integrations, ask your people for approval, and run on your own cloud with the AI you choose.

  1. Connects to your systems

A catalog of thousands of integrations (ways to connect to other software), including SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your IT team adds each system’s login details. Workers can also connect to any system with a standard web connection (an API) or an MCP server.

  2. Approvals built in

Each worker has its own inbox where people approve its work. Requests can also go to Slack, Microsoft Teams or email if you like. You choose who approves each step.

  3. Your cloud, your AI

Run it on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake or Kubernetes. Choose from eleven AI providers, including AI that runs on your own computers.

  4. Optional monitoring

Optional dashboards, alerts and warnings if a worker starts behaving differently, plus operating guides written for you. You switch them on when you download.

know the cost first

Know what it will cost before it runs.

“The cheapest AI is the AI you never need.”

Estimated before you build

Every design option shows an estimate of its monthly running cost, the hours it saves and how soon it pays for itself. So you can compare options on value, not just features.

Rules that need no AI

Your business rules are built in wherever possible, so those steps need no AI. The Studio shows how much of each worker runs on fixed rules and suggests how to raise it.

No meter after download

The worker runs on your own systems, with your own AI accounts. There is no Nexgile meter, so using it more never raises what you pay us.

readable blueprints

Read every step before it runs.

Every digital worker comes with a blueprint: a plain plan of what it does, who approves what, where each case goes and which rules it follows. Nothing is hidden inside the AI or locked in someone else's platform.

Every change is saved as a new version. Your developers can compare versions, your business teams can read it as a simple chart, and you own the result.

use what you have

Don't start from zero.

Build on what you already have: records of how your work runs today, automation you already use, and your existing software bots.

Start from your records

Optional module: upload records from tools like Celonis or UiPath, and get a list of the tasks most worth automating, best first.

Rebuild what you already have

Optional module: bring existing AI code written in Python, or process diagrams in the standard BPMN format, and get back a digital worker you can edit.

Work with your bots

Mark the steps your existing software bots already handle, in tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate. The worker prepares a hand-over for your team to pass to them.

Learning from your records and importing code or diagrams are optional modules. You choose what to share.

improvements you own

Workers that get better, and stay yours.

Every improvement stays in the software you keep. And every change is saved, so you can review it or undo it.

Learn from your corrections

Corrections your reviewers make in the worker's inbox can be turned into AI training data that you own.

A history of every change

Compare changes, go back to an earlier version, and see which version each test score belongs to.

Upgrades that keep your edits

Optional: when a worker is rebuilt later, your team's own code changes can be carried over, with any clashes pointed out.

Suggested improvements

The Studio studies your test runs and suggests changes, like a cheaper AI model or doing steps at the same time. You decide on each one.

Proof in every download

“Is it really ours?” Check for yourself.

Before you download, you see exactly what you are getting, with a simple PDF summary for your managers. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials). Any change would show, and your IT team can check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that links it to the documents the EU AI Act asks for (not a formal conformity assessment).

Your worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing that reports back to us. Nothing stops if you stop paying us.

Can Nexgile still get in?

No. There are no Nexgile keys, no license check and nothing that reports back to us. You hold the keys and the code, on your own servers or cloud.

Can I take it with me, or am I stuck?

You get the complete software, with tests, set-up files and optional guides. It starts with a single command, and needs no special platform.

What if Nexgile goes away?

Your workers keep running on your own systems, because they need nothing from us. You can even run the Studio itself on your own computers, fully offline, under a Nexgile license key.

To see that it is ready for real work, ask for sample files, an operating guide page and a test report through the Trust Center.
